Ryan McAidoo (Man City)
Speaking earlier this month after a friendly against Inter Milan, head coach Enzo Maresca made his feelings clear about the teenager:
“We have been speaking with the club about Ryan, and since day one he is that kind of winger I love. Very aggressive one-on-one, always trying, making the right decision. But he is young, and he needs the right path.”
Maresca’s comments do suggest that McAidoo could be set to leave on loan, and he wasn’t in the matchday squad for the Community Shield defeat to Arsenal or the win over Bournemouth.
However, the sale of Savinho to Tottenham could present the teenager with a chance to shine. He is a left-footed right winger with bags of ability.
