Manchester City have agreed personal terms with Valencia winger Ferran Torres, according to Eurosport. The TV channel claims that the Citizens are now very close to signing the 20-year-old,
However, it is believed a transfer fee has yet to be agreed with Valencia, although that is said to be only a minor obstacle with the La Liga side keen to sell the Spaniard due to the fact he has less than a year to go on his current contract.
Supporters are excited by the prospect of Torres moving to the Etihad:

If this report is confirmed by sources in the UK then it will be a tremendous coup for City with the Spanish Under 21 international having also attracted interest from the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool.
Torres is probably being targeted as the club’s replacement for Leroy Sane with the money from the German’s sale to Bayern Munich likely to be invested straight away in the Valencia midfielder.
