City And West Ham Both Keeping A Watchful Eye On Romanian Ace

Manchester City, West Ham and Roma are all watching Steaua Bucharest winger Florinel Coman, according to the Daily Mail. The Citizens are said to have sent scouts to watch the 21-year-old a number of times as they weigh up a potential offer.

The Romanian made his senior international debut against the Faroe Islands last month following an impressive start to the season for Steaua at club level.

Coman scored a brace and provided assists for two other goals in the 4-0 win over Hermannstadt last weekend, taking his tally for the season up to eight goals and five assists in 19 appearances.

His talent has been known for a number of years, having graduated from the Gheorghe Hagi academy before impressing for Romania at the European Under 21 Championships in the summer.

City are certainly not short of wingers, with the likes of Leroy Sane, Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling in the squad, but Coman could be one they are considering for the future.
