Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae is “more likely” to end up at Manchester City than Manchester United this summer, according to Vincenzo Morabito.

The Italian agent also works as a transfer insider for Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli and, when asked about the South Korean international’s next club, he replied:

“The [Napoli] fans shouldn’t get angry, it’s normal that we talk about the transfer market now. Kim? I think Manchester City is more likely than United.”

Kim has played a massive role in helping Napoli win their first Serie A title in thirty years but the centre-back does have a release clause in his contract, which can be triggered in a two-week window between July 1st and July 15th.

It is thought that major European clubs, including City and United, would have to pay around €60m (£52m) to secure the 26-year-old’s services.

Other teams, including Chelsea, have also been mentioned as possible suitors for Kim in reports over the past week or so but, if Morabito is to be believed, City would be the favourites to snap him up.
