Manchester City are one of a number of Premier League teams who are keeping tabs on Universidad de Chile winger Dario Osorio, according to reports in the English media.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Brighton, Brentford, Leicester and Wolves are also believed to be interested in the 18-year-old, who has recently made his debut for Chile’s national team.
Osorio only played his first senior club game back in February, coming on as a substitute during Universidad de Chile’s 3-2 defeat to Nublense, but he has gone on to make 22 appearances for his side since then.
The teenager subsequently played his first match for Chile in a friendly against Tunisia back in June before manager Eduardo Berizzo gave him his second cap just a few days later versus Ghana.
There have been some reports that Wolves are currently favourites to secure his signature but, at the time of writing, there has been no confirmation that a deal has been agreed. City may, however, need to move fast if they want to snap up the youngster.
