Manchester City are among five teams interested in Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser, according to reports in the Scottish media.
The 25-year-old’s contract at the Cherries runs out at the end of next season, and the Citizens are one of the clubs considering a bid for the winger.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham are also all in the race for Fraser with Bournemouth looking to sell for around £30m.
City’s interest does seem unlikely considering the number of wide players that Pep Guardiola currently has at his disposal, but there has been talk of Leroy Sane leaving the club.
The German is reportedly being targeted by Bayern Munich as the Bundesliga champions seek replacements for Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
However, it must be said, that replacing Sane with someone like Fraser would be seen as a massive downgrade. The Scottish international scored eight goals and provided 15 assists last season compared to Sane’s 16 goals and 18 assists.
