City Star Named Along With 2 Arsenal Players As WhoScored Draw Up Their ‘Premier League New Signing XI’

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has been included in WhoScored.com‘s Premier League New Signing XI.

The list consists of new recruits who have been the most highly rated in their positions since the start of the season.

Haaland gets a rating of 8.20. It is the highest figure of any player in the eleven that WhoScored have drawn up, which is not surprising considering he has scored ten goals in six appearances.

Newcastle’s Nick Pope is named in goal with a score of 7.27, with a back four of Nottingham Forest’s Neco Williams (7.16), Southampton’s Armel Bella-Kotchap (7.01), Wolves’ Nathan Collins (6.91) and Arsenal’s Oleksandr Zinchenko (6.95).

In midfield, Fulham’s Joao Palhinha (6.94), Leeds United’s Marco Roca (6.92) and Crystal Palace Cheick Doucoure (6.89) were selected, along with another Wolves player, Matheus Nunes (6.89).

Joining Haaland up front is former Manchester City player Gabriel Jesus (7.75), who has thrived since making the £45m switch to Arsenal at the start of the campaign.
