Clubs – A to B

Arsenal were linked with a big move for Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic but the Serbian international decided to make the switch to Juventus instead. The Gunners ended up doing very little business in the January window.

In contrast, Aston Villa were very active, with manager Steven Gerrard bringing in two major additions in Philippe Coutinho and Lucas Digne. Brentford and Burnley also made high profile signings in Christian Eriksen and Wout Weghorst respectively.
