Di Marzio Reveals Dusan Vlahovic’s Transfer Stance As Arsenal Steal A March On City For 68.4M Transfer

Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic is willing to wait until June rather than agree to a €80m (£68.4m) move to Arsenal in the January transfer window, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Italian journalist claims that the Gunners are willing to meet the Serbian’s asking price, but the player wants to wait and see whether more important offers arrive in the summer:

Manchester City, Tottenham, along with a host of other high-profile European clubs have been linked with Vlahovic over the past few months.

The 21-year-old scored 21 goals in Serie A last campaign, and he has started this season in excellent form as well, having hit the back of the net 10 times in only 11 appearances.

City are thought to be looking at potential alternatives to Tottenham’s Harry Kane, with Vlahovic and Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland seemingly the two favoured candidates.

Arsenal’s involvement has definitely complicated things, though, but it does appear that Vlahovic is rather reluctant to move to the Emirates.
