Carlos Borges (Manchester City)
The Portuguese Under 19 international has impressed in every competition he has played in for City at youth level this campaign.
For the Under 21s, Borges has been firing in the goals, both in Premier League 2 and the EFL Trophy, while he has also excelled for the Under 19s in the UEFA Youth League.
City do lack out-and-out wingers and, with manager Pep Guardiola having shown that he is willing to bring youngsters through, Borges could be the next one to get his senior debut.
