Haaland ‘Sets A Date For His Final Decision’ With 3 Clubs (Including City) Left In The Running

Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland will make his choice on his next club before the “end of April” according to Sport.

The Catalan publication say in their headline that the Norwegian “sets a date for his final decision” but it is a pretty misleading phrase, to be honest, as they don’t actually name a specific day.

Haaland is set to decide between three teams, after having held discussions with at least seven clubs (including Chelsea and Manchester United) earlier this season.

City, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the destinations he has narrowed his choice down to, with Sport claiming Barca are the least likely due to their financial situation.

Previous reports have claimed that Haaland has been leaning towards City, but there is no real certainty about which club he will end up choosing. All we know is that Real and the Citizens have made strong offers in terms of wages and it is now down to the player to determine which is the best for him.
