Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is interested in signing Real Madrid attacking midfielder Isco, according to reports in Spain.
The 26-year-old is out of favour under manager Santiago Solari and could leave the Bernabeu in order to get first-team football.
However, Real Madrid are said to be seeking €100m for Isco, with the player having a €700m release clause. City fans have seen the club linked with the player before, and don’t think it’s likely that the Spaniard will be plying his trade at the Etihad:

Certainly, a move for a central midfielder like Adrien Rabiot or Tanguy Ndombele would seem more likely, but it could depend on what Guardiola feels Isco could bring to the team.
The midfielder may have only scored four goals and provided one assist so far this season, but he was a central figure under previous coach Zinedine Zidane.
Last campaign, Isco scored nine goals and provide ten assists in 49 appearances, helping Madrid to their third consecutive Champions League trophy.
