Manchester City are interested in re-signing Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho, according to SportBild. The German magazine reports that the Citizens will battle it out with Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool for the 19-year-old’s signature.
The teenager left City in 2018 for £7m after failing to break through into the first team, but after emerging as a key player for Dortmund, Pep Guardiola’s side could get involved in the bidding for the wide man.
Supporters on Twitter are pretty divided as to whether City should be looking to recruit Sancho:
If Leroy leaves , bring this man back.

I wouldn't even go near him. Sane is much better player than him.

There's no way he's coming back to city plus city have to overpay in order to get him

Just use the money we get from sane. Easy deal.

If Sane leaves, we can afford it

It seems most would only want Sancho if Leroy Sane leaves. The German is currently sidelined with an ACL injury but was heavily linked with a switch to Bayern Munich in the summer.
The winger’s current contract expires in 2021 and if he does not sign a new deal, the Citizens will have a decision to make on his future at the end of the season.
