Juventus Considering Swoop For City Poacher After Rumblings Of Discontent

Juventus have put Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus on their list of transfer targets, according to reports in the Italian media. The Brazilian has expressed a desire to play more regularly and Juve may test the waters with an offer.

However, the forward is not the only player that the Serie A champions are considering with Mauro Icardi, Tottenham’s Harry Kane and Norwegian starlet Erling Braut Haaland all being looked at.

While Jesus has questioned his lack of minutes, he may yet get a start this weekend when City travel to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Sergio Aguero is struggling for full fitness at the moment and wasn’t selected for Argentina during the international break. Manager Pep Guardiola may opt to give the 30-year-old a break on Saturday if he isn’t 100%.

Whether Jesus will get the game time he needs throughout the rest of the season, though, it remains to be seen.
