Manchester City V Arsenal: Preview, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

With City having got back to winning ways with a comprehensive 5-0 win over Norwich last weekend, Pep Guardiola’s side will be more confident of getting three more points when they face an injury-ravaged Arsenal team tomorrow.

The Gunners did get a morale-boosting victory over West Brom in the Carabao Cup midweek but it has been a very difficult start to the season for manager Mikel Arteta.

City will be without Kevin De Bruyne who is struggling to recover from an ankle injury. Phil Foden (ankle), Liam Delap (foot) and Benjamin Mendy will also be absent for the Saturday lunchtime kickoff.

Manchester City’s Predicted XI To Face Arsenal:

Ederson, Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo, Gundogan, Rodri, Grealish, Jesus, Torres, Sterling

The Gunners will have Bukayo Saka, Hector Bellerin, Kieran Tierney, Willian and Gabriel all back fit for the game, but they are still without Ben White (virus), Thomas Partey (ankle) and Eddie Nketiah (ankle).

Arsenal’s Predicted XI:

Leno, Bellerin, Holding, Pablo Mari, Tierney, Lokonga, Odegaard, Xhaka, Saka, Aubameyang, Smith Rowe

The bookmakers have made the Citizens strong favourites with 888 Sport pricing them at 1/4 odds-on for the win. A draw is 27/5 with Unibet while a Gunners victory is 12/1 at Betfred.

Predicted Score – 3-0 to City
