Manchester City V Burnley – FA Cup Fourth Round Preview And Predicted XI Plus Betting Odds

Manchester City are likely to play a slightly stronger team than the one that Pep Guardiola selected against Burton Albion.

The City boss chose to pick five youngsters in the 1-0 win over the Brewers in the Carabao Cup, but the FA Cup tie against Burnley on Saturday will be a tougher encounter.

Guardiola has a pretty short injury list with just Vincent Kompany (muscular) and Claudio Bravo (Achilles) still on the treatment table.

Benjamin Mendy came off the bench against Burton after two months out with a knee injury. He could make his first start since November this weekend.

For Burnley, manager Sean Dyche has two injury concerns heading into the match at the Etihad. Johann Berg Gudmundsson is a doubt with a thigh strain he picked up earlier this month.

Aaron Lennon remains a long-term absentee. The 31-year-old had an undergo surgery after sustaining knee cartilage damage in the 1-0 defeat to Tottenham back in December.

The bookmakers make City heavy favourites for this FA Cup clash. The Citizens are 1/10 at Bet365 with a draw 10/1 at Coral. The best price for a Burnley victory is 40/1 at Betfair.

Manchester City’s Predicted XI To Face Burnley:
