Mendy And Both Silvas To Start, Zinchenko, Gundogan And Sterling Out: City’s Predicted XI To Face West Ham

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will have been frustrated by the 2-0 loss to Spurs last time out, but the performance wasn’t that far from being where it needed to be.

With that being the case, Guardiola may not make too many changes for the game against West Ham at the Etihad tomorrow. There will be one enforced change in defence with Oleksandr Zinchenko suspended after his sending off versus Tottenham. Benjamin Mendy is fit again and should return to the starting line up.

In midfield, David Silva could come into the side ahead of Ilkay Gundogan, while Bernardo Silva may well replace Raheem Sterling. The England international has injured his hamstring and is out until after the winter break.

Riyad Mahrez is expected to keep his place in the eleven, (although it wouldn’t be a surprise if Gabriel Jesus starts instead of him), while Sergio Aguero is likely to start up front.

Manchester City’s Predicted XI To Face West Ham:

Ederson, Walker, Fernandinho, Otamendi, Mendy, De Bruyne, Rodri, David Silva, Mahrez, Aguero, Bernardo Silva
