Manchester City are not interested in replacing Raheem Sterling with Bayern Munich’s Serge Gnabry, according to the Daily Mail‘s Jack Gaughan.
The journalist, who is usually pretty reliable when it comes to City, was asked about the Premier League champions’ potential interest in Gnabry, and he said:

There was some disappointment among supporters on Twitter, who feel that Gnabry would have been a very good replacement for Sterling:

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has said that the Citizens have scouted Gnabry so it’s probably not wise to completely discount the possibility of the former Arsenal player moving to the Etihad.
The priority target after Kalvin Phillips is believed to be Brighton’s Marc Cucurella but you can’t rule out a move for Gnabry or another winger later on in the transfer window.
Of course, any deal would be dependent on Sterling’s switch to Chelsea being confirmed, but most believe that the transfer will be finalised at some point this week.
