Manchester City are weighing up a £40m offer for Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans, according to reports in England.
The Belgian international performed well during a loan spell at Leicester City and has also garnered interest from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.
Some fans on Twitter are not so sure what impact the 22-year-old would have:
Not worthy of first team

City have reportedly already talked to Tielemans’s agent about a possible move to the Etihad Stadium. The Citizens are looking for a possible replacement for Ilkay Gundogan who could leave this summer if a new contract cannot be agreed.
The German has recently stated that he wants to reopen talks about his future. His current deal has just 12 months left to run so the club have been looking for possible alternatives.
Manager Pep Guardiola is said to have been impressed by Tielemans when City faced Leicester earlier this month and believes he could be a useful squad player.
