With the quadruple well within their grasp nothing would surprise you of Pep Guardiola’s team which has now won 17 Premier League games in a row after beating Bournemouth 4-0 last time out.
We can’t see a team in Europe’s top 5 Leagues playing any better.
City are in the Carabao Cup semi-final against Bristol City and are through as group winners to the knockout round of the Champions League and will face Basel.
Pep apparently still wants to add a couple of players in the transfer window for the 2nd half of the season and it will be interesting to see who he can bring in but you would not bet against him that’s for sure.
Manchester United were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Bristol City in the week in a very sloppy performance where they created numerous chances but could not take them and got stung in injury time as Bristol City grabbed the equaliser.
You can be sure the Blue half of Manchester is having a much better Christmas than the Red half – what a shame!
Man City are simply running away from the other top teams in the Premier League as their closest rival – Man United are 13 points behind, with Chelsea in 3rd 16 points behind the Citizens with Liverpool currently in 4th 20 points behind City and then Spurs sitting in 5th 21 points behind and Arsenal in 6th are also 21 points behind.
We wish all Man City fans Happy Holidays and the best for the new year.
