Manchester City are not interested in signing former Chelsea striker Diego Costa on a free transfer, according to BBC Radio Manchester journalist Mike Minay:

It had been speculated that the Citizens may consider snapping up the Spanish international following Sergio Aguero’s fitness issues this season but it appears the club are happy with their current options.
Costa left Atletico Madrid last month after having his contract terminated for personal reasons but it was believed that the 32-year-old was prepared to stay in Europe to continue his career.
Wolves and a number of other Premier League teams have also been tipped to make a move for the forward but it seems clear he will not be moving to the Etihad Stadium.
With Gabriel Jesus getting on the scoresheet at the weekend and Aguero not expected to be absent for much longer, manager Pep Guardiola likely feels he has more than enough cover up front.
