Manchester City are among the favourites to sign Ajax winger Antony, according to ElNacional.

The Catalan news outlet believes the Citizens are keeping tabs on the Brazilian, who has put in some impressive performances since he moved to the Netherlands in the summer of 2020.

Antony has actually been linked with a move to the Etihad before, with reports going all the way back to June 2019, so it appears the Manchester club have a longstanding interest in the 21-year-old.

City are not the only team tracking the player, though. ElNacional report that Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have also been scouting the Brazilian Under 23 international.

Ajax are not believed to be keen on selling Antony at the moment, with it being claimed that the Eredivise side are looking to keep hold of the forward for at least another season before selling him for a fee in excess of €50m (£43m).
