REPORT: Erling Haaland ‘Set To Decide’ Between Joining Two Clubs ‘Next Month’

Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland is “set to decide” between signing for either Manchester City or Real Madrid “next month”, according to Goal.

The Norwegian international has been linked with a whole host of teams, including Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool but it appears there are now only two clubs left in the running.

Goal claim that Haaland will make his final decision at some point in March, and while it has been suggested that Real are the favourites for the 21-year-old’s signature, it looks as though City still have a chance of securing his services.

Various sources have confirmed that the Premier League champions have prioritised a move for Haaland, with manager Pep Guardiola seemingly keen on adding the Norwegian to his squad.

With a €75m (£63m) release clause becoming active at the end of the season, Haaland pretty much has the freedom to choose his next team, and City are pressing hard in their attempts to bring him to the Etihad.
