Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte has posted a picture of himself back in training.
The centre-back has not featured for the Citizens in their last two league games against West Ham and Bournemouth due to a muscular problem.
However, Laporte shared a photo of himself alongside Bernardo Silva with the caption “back” suggesting he’s ready to return to the side:

Laporte has been in superb form this campaign and was rewarded with a two-year contract extension by the club just last month.
The Frenchman has been ever-present at the back, having started 26 out of 29 league games under manager Pep Guardiola this season.
Although City have kept two clean sheets in his absence, the centre-back would certainly be welcomed back into the starting eleven if he is fit to face Watford on Saturday.
The Manchester club could go four points clear at the top of the table with Liverpool playing Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
