‘That Is Mad’ ‘Insane Stat’ – Fans On Twitter In Awe Of City’s Remarkable Home Scoring Record

Manchester City have been flying at home this season, and the club’s Twitter account have highlighted just how dominant the Citizens are with their latest tweet.

Pep Guardiola’s men have managed to hit the back of the net 92 times in just 24 matches at the Etihad:

Fans can’t believe the dominance City have shown at home in all competitions:

Averaging nearly four goals a game at your home ground is quite remarkable, and the season still has a couple of months to run.

They have dropped just three points at the Etihad all season, coming in the 3-2 defeat to Crystal Palace back in December.

In their other 14 matches at home, they have picked up the maximum points of 45, leading the next best team at home, Liverpool, by four points.

Certainly, City’s away record this campaign hasn’t been quite as dominant, but it is still very impressive. The Etihad, though, has certainly become a fortress since the arrival of Guardiola.
