After Rafa Benitez’s falling out with Lucas Digne, and the Frenchman’s subsequent move to Aston Villa, a new left-back was needed during the January transfer window, and the Toffees plumped for Mykolenko.
It hasn’t been an easy start to life in England for the Ukrainian, coming into a team that was struggling at the wrong end of the table. The defender will need more time to settle before any sweeping judgements are made.
