The Premier League’s TV Schedule For October: Live AND PPV Games Detailed

Both of Manchester City’s league games in October will be broadcast on live TV rather than on pay per view. The Citizens’ clash against Arsenal on Saturday 17th October is live on Sky Sports while the match versus West Ham at the London Stadium on Saturday 24th is available on BT Sport.

However, other teams are not as lucky. Chelsea’s game against Southampton on Saturday 17th is on pay per view, although their next match versus Manchester United is live on Sky Sports. United’s game against Newcastle, meanwhile, will also cost extra to watch before their clash versus Chelsea.

The Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton is on BT next weekend but the Premier League champion’s home game versus Sheffield United will only be available via pay per view. After their game against City, Arsenal fans will also have to pay extra for the privilege of watching the Gunners face Leicester at the Emirates.

Due to the government’s decision not to allow fans back into grounds from October 1st, the Premier League say they have decided on this “interim solution” in order to compensate for the loss of matchday revenue. After the first four rounds of fixtures were broadcast on live TV, this decision will not go down well with supporters. Details for every remaining Premier League game in October are shown below:
