Three Major Deals Waiting To Happen For City

Guardiola’s Manchester City is becoming an unstoppable force. They are 15 points ahead of 2nd place and it is safe to say they are title favorites if not winners already.

The Spanish boss does not rest apparently and is planning on improving the squad with 3 key players, none of which will come to Manchester to polish the bench. If you enjoy trying to predict and then betting on who Man City might sign this window you could well enjoy this swedish site for some online wagering action.

On the transfer wanted list the first name we see for Man City is naturally former Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez. His relationship with Arsenal right now is complicated to say the least. He has been linked to a departure several times and it is very likely he will say goodbye to the Emirates soon given the fact that his contract is about to expire in the summer.

According to Metro, Arsenal will accept bids starting at £25 million which is a bargain considering how good the Chilean is. He is 29 so he still has a lot of time on the pitch ahead of him and is determined like no other.

Why would Arsenal accept such a low starting price? Well, because they did not want to sell in the summer and now are in danger of losing Alexis for free. This is the time to make a move.

The only problem is that Leroy Sane is in incredible form right now and Guardiola would have to find a way to use both Sanchez and the German international.

Second on the list is surprisingly, Keylor Navas. This interest is also triggered by the fact that Real will most likely put Navas on the bench soon. They plan on bringing on a new keeper so rumors regarding the Costa Rica international moving to the PL are not farfetched. He would be solid competition for Ederson and could have a lot to help the Brazilian keeper with.

Last on the list is Barcelona’s Samuel Umtiti. This would be the hardest move to achieve as the Catalan club does not look keen on selling the French international. He does have a release clause apparently as mentioned in the below tweet:

If City land any of these 3, it will be a success in itself. They all are top rated players and have the ability to bring something to the table. If it will be Sanchez’ determination, Navas’ catlike reflexes or Umtiti’s raw power it remains to be seen.

The other possible addition is a centre-back with Jonny Evans of West Brom a candidate – it’s certainly gonna be an interesting January.
