There were actually three other clubs, Leicester (17.6%), Liverpool (10.9%) and Everton (9.5%), who have fielded five academy players in the Premier League this season but Spurs have given theirs more minutes.
A large bulk of those will, of course, be for Harry Kane, but the likes of Japhet Tanganga and Oliver Skipp have also played a substantial number of matches.
