The Foxes snapped up the centre-back from Hull City for close to £12m in the summer of 2017 and they sold him to United for a fee almost seven times that a couple of years later.
Considering Maguire’s form struggles over the past twelve months, it’s fair to say that Leicester got the much better end of the deal.
