We Asked City Fans Which Striker The Club Should Sign This Summer And The Results Are In

Replacing Sergio Aguero has been the number one concern for supporters of Manchester City during the summer months so Man City News has been conducting a poll to determine which striker fans would like the club to sign.

We included the usual suspects: Harry Kane, Erling Haaland and Romelu Lukaku, while we also threw in a couple of curveballs in regards to Cristiano Ronaldo and signing no forward at all. One player did narrowly come out on top (Press ‘View Results” to see how people responded):

Kane is believed to be the number one target for the Citizens, but despite recent reports that suggest that a deal is close for the Tottenham forward, it is believed that an agreement is still very far from being agreed.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is thought to be determined to keep the England captain at the London club and it may take a huge bid from City to convince him to let go of the 27-year-old.

Erling Haaland came third in the poll, but currently, it appears he is more likely to move to Chelsea, while Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku surprisingly picked up a very small portion of the vote.
