Manchester City have signed Manchester United defender Harrison Parker, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The journalist shared a picture of the 17-year-old putting pen to paper after completing his move to the Etihad Stadium:

City’s rise to top dog in Manchester
Even 10 years ago, it would have been hard to imagine the power shift that has taken place from United to City. At the time, just before Sir Alex Ferguson retired, they had won their 13th Premier League title in just over two decades.
Since then, though, the Red Devils have struggled, while the Blue side of Manchester has gone from strength to strength. It is no wonder young players, such as Parker, want to cross the divide.
City have bolstered their academy this summer
Parker is just the latest player to join the City Football Academy in recent months. Spike Brits has made the move from AFC Wimbledon, while Luka Fletcher has been brought in from Reading to reinforce the Under 18s.
At Under 21 level, the Citizens have recruited centre-back Jamal Baptiste on a free transfer from West Ham.
