Man City striker Erling Haaland missed the 1-0 win over Leeds United with a knock.
Asked whether the Norwegian international would be available to play Nottingham Forest, manager Pep Guardiola said that he is facing a late fitness test:
“He feels much better, but yesterday we didn’t train [Monday], and now we have training. We’ll decide today.”
The fact that Guardiola confirmed Haaland is on the mend would suggest that the striker will make the bench against Forest, at the very least.

Nico O’Reilly
The 20-year-old was forced off during the victory against Leeds with 20 minutes to go, and speaking in his pre-match press conference, Guardiola said he is in a similar boat to Haaland:
“The same. We will decide after training today.”
O’Reilly has been Man City’s in-form player in recent weeks, and fans will be hoping that he is fit to play on Wednesday night.
