Man City striker Erling Haaland trained on Tuesday morning and has been named in the travelling party for the clash against Real Madrid.
There were some doubts about the Norwegian international’s fitness after he missed the 3-1 win over Newcastle in the FA Cup at the weekend.
Manager Pep Guardiola did say that Haaland’s absence was pre-planned, but the confirmation that he will face Real on Wednesday night is a major boost.
Haaland has been carrying a knock that forced him to miss the win over Leeds, but he did play the full 90 minutes against Nottingham Forest last week.

Rico Lewis
The defender has missed the last three matches against Leeds, Forest and Newcastle with an ankle problem.
Lewis has not travelled out to Spain as he continues his recovery. Speaking about the 21-year-old before the FA Cup tie against the Magpies, Guardiola said:
“Rico has a problem with a twist in the ankle. Little bit swollen, but [he] is edging to be back.”
The fullback will be hoping to be available for City’s next league fixture.
