Pictures have leaked out showing Manchester City’s new home shirt for the 2024/25 season.
Puma have gone with the classic sky blue colour once again but they have added navy to the collar and sleeve cuffs, with white logos.
Another standout feature is the graffiti-inspired 0161 graphic that adorns the collar and sleeves which is supposed to pay homage to the 0161 area code where the club reside. It’s fair to say that supporters on X are not particularly impressed:
Not a fan sadly

It’s a downgrade from this season’s home kit
Puma were widely praised for their classic design on the 2023/24 home jersey but it’s clear that their latest attempt won’t be anywhere near as popular.
In an effort to stand out, they have included a garish graphic that will divide opinion and put off certain fans from buying it.
When will City officially unveil the shirt?
The 2023/24 kit was announced on May 19th last year, and it’s more than likely that the 2024/25 version will be unveiled at a similar time.
Puma have been City‘s shirt manufacturer since 2019 when they took over from Nike. The German company pays £65m a year for the rights to make the club’s kits and their contract reportedly extends to the end of the 2028/29 campaign.
