After a strong performance against Napoli on Thursday night, Man City will be confident of getting a result when they take on Arsenal this weekend.

Pep Guardiola’s side lost the corresponding fixture 5-1 last season and they will be keen to put those memories to bed at the Emirates on Sunday.

GK – Gianluigi Donnarumma – the Italian has had a strong start to his City career, but he will be tested this weekend.

RB – Abdukodir Khusanov – the Uzbekhi doesn’t look particularly comfortable at right-back but Guardiola clearly prefers him to Matheus Nunes and Rico Lewis.

CB – Ruben Dias – the centre-half is slowly but surely getting back to his best.

CB – Josko Gvardiol – the Croatian was substituted against Napoli to manage his fitness, but he should be ready to face Arsenal.

LB – Nico O’Reilly – the midfielder continues to excel in an unfamiliar position.
