Midfield
CM – Rodri – some were concerned after the midfielder asked to be substituted on Thursday, but he was simply managing his fitness.
CM – Tijjani Reijnders – the Dutchman was more involved versus Napoli, having previously put in a series of anonymous displays.
AM – Phil Foden – two good games in a row from the midfielder, and there is cautious optimism that he has found his way out of his slump.
Forwards
RW – Bernardo Silva – some may want the pace of Savinho or Oscar Bobb, but the Portuguese international seems to be first choice on the right wing currently.
ST – Erling Haaland – the striker scores goals for fun, and fans will be hoping he can get one or two more at the Emirates.
LW – Jeremy Doku – you have to take the rough with the smooth when it comes to the Belgian. He can be frustrating to watch but he has played a crucial role in winning the Manchester derby and the game against Napoli.
