Former Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca is expected to be unveiled as the successor to Pep Guardiola at Man City very soon.

The Italian’s arrival has been heavily rumoured for several months after contact was first made late last year.

Maresca left Chelsea at the beginning of 2026, and those talks with City intermediaries are said to have played a part in his departure from Stamford Bridge.
