“I Am Done”, “Sometimes Pep Is His Own Downfall”: Manchester City Fans React To Six Winless Games After Squandering 3-0 Lead

Manchester City faced their sixth winless game in a row on Tuesday night as they drew 3-3 to Feyenoord.

It looked to be returning back to old ways for City despite their five losses in a row as they took the lead early on against Feyenoord on Tuesday through an Erling Haaland goal after 44 minutes.

They then made it 2-0 after Ilkay Gundogan scored after 50 minutes. Haaland scored again after 53 minutes to make it 3-0 to City before Feyenoord scored three goals in the last 16 minutes of the game to make it 3-3.

The draw comes after a 4-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday which was the first time Guardiola has lost five games in a row in his managerial career. They now look forward to a date with league leaders Liverpool on Sunday in a first vs second clash.

It means that the Sky Blues haven’t won a game in six matches as Pep Guardiola’s side are slipping down both the Premier League and Champions League table.

It leaves City 15th in the Champions League and two points away from the top eight which means a place in the knockout round without having to go through a playoff.

City fans reacted to their recent form on X and the 3-3 draw against Feyenoord on Tuesday night.
