Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Savinho should be back fit and available for the club’s next fixture.
The Brazilian international was forced off with a knee problem during the second half of the 2-0 win over Chelsea at the weekend.
However, Guardiola confirmed that it was a minor knock, related to a lack of match sharpness, and he should make the matchday squad for Saturday.
The reigning Premier League champions take on newly-promoted Ipswich Town in their first home game of the season.
