Last season was, without a doubt, the greatest campaign in the history of Manchester City football club. Following a shaky start, Pep Guardiola’s men fired on all cylinders in the second half of the season, going on to win an historic treble.

With that being said, even in the best of squads, there is always room for improvement. Today, we’ll be looking at three players who we feel the Citizens would be better off without.

For clarification, we don’t think any of the footballers on this list are necessarily bad – they just aren’t a good fit at the Etihad Stadium at the moment.

This was a difficult list to make – Manchester City’s squad is so filled to the brim with talented players that it is currently difficult to pick out a weak link. Nevertheless, here are our selections.
