The Villans have been slightly more inconsistent this campaign – hence the reason why they are currently in 8th place.
However, Unai Emery’s side are only four points adrift of the top four after 20 games played.
That is certainly not an insurmountable gap to bridge in the second half of the season.
Villa will still need to put a good run of results together if they want to be in contention.
