Mo Salah Virgil Van Dijk

The Egyptian has to be favourite for the PFA prize, having scored 22 goals and contributed 13 assists in the Premier League so far this campaign. However, his form since the African Cup of Nations has been rather poor.

Whether that will have an affect on the voting by PFA members, we shall have to wait and see. Salah’s excellence can often be taken for granted but he is undoubtedly a top-class player.
