Miklosko

The keeper had already spent eight years at Banik Ostrava before West Ham manager Lou Macari signed him at the start of 1990. He would go on to spend another eight years as the Hammers’ number one.

Miklosko was named Hammer of the Year not long after joining the club and he was a reliable shot-stopper, who was always on hand to make important saves. After losing his place to Craig Forrest, he left for QPR before retiring in 2001.
