Manchester City will not sell striker Gabriel Jesus for a fee below £100m, according to the Sun. Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are monitoring the player’s situation with the Brazilian having expressed concerns about his game time earlier this season.

However, it must be said, that manager Pep Guardiola has responded by giving the forward two consecutive starts in the league against Crystal Palace and Aston Villa. The Spaniard believes Jesus is Sergio Aguero’s long term replacement up front and is not willing to lose him.

It means that City will not entertain bids from Bayern or PSG in the summer, and even if they do make an enquiry, they will be told to meet a very hefty price tag which they don’t think interested teams will match.

Jesus has scored five goals and contributed one assist in eleven appearances, but with Aguero having scored ten in the same number of games, he has a battle on his hands to keep his first-team place.
