Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has denied that he would be interested in becoming Juventus’s new manager.
The Bianconeri have announced today that Max Allegri will leave the club after five years in charge, with Guardiola being tipped by some bookmakers as one of the favourites to take over.
You can compare the best odds at oddsexpert.co.uk and decide if you think the City manager will leave this summer. The Spaniard, himself, though has made it clear he’s not going to be moving:
“I’m not going to Juventus or to Italy. I have two more years here. I’m not going to move, I’m satisfied here, I’m not going anywhere. Next season I will be manager of Manchester City.”
Fans on Twitter think Guardiola’s latest comments slam the door shut on his departure:
Because the media.

Guardiola certainly couldn’t be more emphatic with his comments but you can bet the rumours will persist, especially if City are handed a Champions League ban as some expect.
UEFA’s Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) has referred Manchester City to the CFCB adjudicatory chamber which suggests some sort of punishment will be handed out for breaching Financial Fairplay regulations, with many predicting a ban from European competitions.
