Former Everton defender Ashley Williams has named Pep Guardiola as his pick for the best manager in world football in a recent interview.

Williams praised Guardiola’s tactical astuteness, speaking on how he is always making adjustments to his team – even during a hotly-contested game.

The former Welsh international said that Guardiola is always ‘evolving’ and credits this adaptability as to how he has managed to stay relevant in the elite level for so long.
