Manchester City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne was not involved in training on Tuesday, according to reports in the English media.
The Belgian international played the full 90 minutes against Manchester United in the derby at the weekend, with no suggestions that he had picked up a problem.
However, there is now a danger that De Bruyne could miss the match versus Tottenham on Thursday evening, and supporters on Twitter are concerned about the possible ramifications for City’s title challenge:

We shall have to wait and see what manager Pep Guardiola says about De Bruyne’s fitness at his pre-match press conference.
In addition to the Spurs game, they face Wolves and Arsenal (in the FA Cup) before the end of the month so it is hoped that the 31-year-old is not sidelined for too long.
After the defeat to United, City can ill afford any more slip-ups but De Bruyne’s absence could make their job a lot harder.
